Phone Number Lookup By Number Free

help finding lost dog?

My mother in law had a female boxer that was stolen. After a couple of weeks a female text messaged them asking about the dog. She would not give any information, but the Phone Number showed up on caller ID. Does anyone know a way I could do a Reverse Lookup for free. I don’t want to register with one of those reverse lookup numbers. By the way the people got her cell phone from a missing dog flier.
THE POLICE HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONTACTED, BUT THEY LIVE IN A VERY SMALL TOWN. THE POLICE WON’T BE MUCH HELP.
you people are no help. i put the dog was stolen because it was stolen. if she was lost i would have put she was lost. if you dont have any helpful information, please do not comment. by the way, the people have admitted to knowing where the dog is.

i would report it in (pets 911.com) go all over town knocking on doors asking if they seen the dog! post the dogs picture everywhere and in pet stores!
