Why does NCO keep calling my cell phone?

Ever since I got a new cell phone, I’ve been recieveing calls from phone numbers that I do not recognize. I did a reverse Number Lookup on Google and the numbers come up as NCO Finicial Systems Inc. They don’t bother to leave a message, so I think it may be a scam thing. I’m on the do not call list and all my credit cards & bills are paid up to date. How do I get these knuckelheads to stop calling my cell number and is there any legal action I can take?

I would just keep not answering those calls. As well, you can contact your cell phone carrier and see if they can block that specific number.
