how do I Find A Cell Phone Number?

I am trying to find out a cell number. Unfortunately my friend just got rid of her house number and now only uses a cell phone. She called today and I had her cell number on my caller ID and I deleted it by accident before I was able to write down the number. This sucks… I have been trying online but all I get is reverse look up. I don’t need that. I have her name and address. I need her cell number. Any help would be great. Please let it be free. I could understand if her number was private but it was on my caller ID. So many companies out there just want to make a buck.
she called on my house phone not my cell so there is no way I can look up received call. Good try but I am still out of luck. Unless someone has another idea. She does not own a computer. She finally broke down and got a cell phone. Hopefully I will be able to get in touch with her before friday morning.
