Free Mobile Phone Number Search

does anyone here know if ym is compatible to send free sms in australia?

i’ve tried to type in the number in the search box but the mobilephone icon is not highlighted so i cannot click on it. then i tried to click on Action then Send an SMS Message. after i type the phone#, this message comes up: ‘Yahoo! Messenger cannot send SMS messages to this mobile number’ i tried to type the number with & w/out the country code, but to no avail. has anyone tried this b4?
