Is there a device or means to use to send a fax from a fax maching using a Cell Phone Number?

I had a hard-line phone number and a cell number. I then closed my hard-line number because I could not afford it anymore; I now only have my cell number left. Is there anyway I can send a FREE fax with my fax machine now using my cell number without paying for the service from my cell phone provider?
